A smooth, malt-led Bock-style beer with a rich amber colour. Lager malt provides a clean, crisp base, while Caramalt and light and medium crystal malts bring layers of toffee, caramel and lightly toasted biscuit. Magnum adds a clean, balancing bitterness, with Strisselspalt providing a subtle herbal, floral and gently spicy hop character.
