Appearance
A delicate blush-pink hue, almost like a sunset caught in a glass. Light haze with a soft white head that fades gently, leaving a fine lacing.

Aroma
Bright and inviting. Fresh blackcurrant leads the charge with its tart, slightly earthy berry character, followed by floral hibiscus notes that add a fragrant lift. Subtle hints of strawberry and red fruit from the Belma and Barbe Rouge hops sit quietly in the background.

Flavour
A vibrant balance of fruit and refreshment. Juicy blackcurrant comes through first, bringing a gentle tartness that’s quickly softened by the lightly floral, cranberry-like tang of hibiscus. The hops add a supporting layer of soft red berry sweetness with just a whisper of citrus. Bitterness is restrained, letting the fruit take centre stage without becoming cloying.

Finish
Clean and gently dry, with lingering notes of berry skin and floral tea.
